Project Overview

The project scope was to manage the supply, logistics, installation, commissioning and O&M work for the 4 story high office building for Paigham TV. The challenging part of the project was navigating the complex shading nature of the roof (housing two communication towers, a satellite dish and residential quarters for the staff).

SunSage Consultant’s Role

  • Verification of load bearing strength for the RCC rooftop.
  • Coordination with the client to incorporate the future extension in residential quarters into the project design.
  • Coordination with the client on LV room shifting to the basement of the building.
    • Front End Engineering (Detailed layout, structural analysis, strings design, etc.)
  • Energy yield estimations.
  • Equipment selection, BOM generation and procurement planning.
  • Project logistics, including transportation, material handling, lifting plans and equipment placement.
  • Project installation and commissioning.
  • Application for bi-directional meter installation at the project site.
